Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParTracker ("the Service"), operated by ParTracker ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParTracker is a golf scoring application that provides live scoring, handicap calculations, team formats, skins, match play, tournament management, and related features. The Service is available as a mobile application and companion website.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Guest Players

You may create guest player profiles to include non-registered players in your rounds. You are responsible for guest profiles you create. Guest profiles are linked to your account and do not have independent login capabilities.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Pro Plans

ParTracker offers a free tier with basic features and a Pro subscription with additional capabilities. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (29 kr/month) or annually (199 kr/year).

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective platform's terms.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by ParTracker and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into ParTracker (scores, player names, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the Service. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Handicap Calculations

ParTracker provides handicap calculations for informational and recreational purposes only. These calculations are not official WHS (World Handicap System) handicap indices and should not be used as substitutes for official handicap services provided by authorized golf associations.

8.2 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
